Nippers
Future Lifesavers in Training
At Marlin Surf, we believe that the youth of today are the future of lifesaving. Our Nippers programme is designed to introduce children to the exciting world of surf and still-water lifesaving in a safe, supportive, and fun environment.
The programme is open to children aged 5 to 7 (Micro-Nippers) and 8 to 13 (Nippers). Through engaging outdoor activities, Nippers gain confidence in the water while learning essential life skills, teamwork, and a deeper understanding of the aquatic and marine environment.
More than just a sport, the Nippers pathway equips young members with skills and values that extend beyond lifesaving—building resilience, discipline, and confidence that benefit them in all aspects of life and other sporting pursuits as they grow older.
